Q. What is your finest steak?
A.To me, this question is truly a matter of opinion; it's like asking which girl is prettier - you'll get a lot of opinions! My personal favorite steak here at Tellers is the all Natural Short Bone from our Boutique Ranch line of steaks. Others may say our best steak is the Tellers Ribeye or the Porter House, but, again, it's a matter of personal preference. The bottom line is: what you want out of yor steak is flavor, and flavor comes from the marbling in the steak. All of our Dry Aged meat has great marbling, so it really depends on what best suits your palate. I urge everyone to order each of our steaks on different visits and arrive at your own opinion. The truth is that the quality of meat we serve here at Tellers is the finest quality so any peice of meat - or any food for that matter - will be the best you have ever had.
